What games do you run?

I have run dozens and dozens of different games over the years. Tell me the game you want to play and I have likely run it. If not, I can suggest a similar alternative. If you absolutely must have me run a game I don’t already know, let’s talk.

How does it work?

If you are in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area, I can run a game for you in person. I can also run games remotely via Discord, Foundry, Roll20 or other tools like that.

What do we need to provide?

TTRPGs require only dice, paper, pencils and the game rules (and your imagination, of course). If you don’t have any of these things, I can provide them (well, everything but the imagination.) For remote / virtual games, everyone should be on their own computer.

What if we want more than one session?

The richest RPG experience is running your character through multiple stories. If your group wants an ongoing series, traditionally called a campaign, we can negotiate a reduced per session rate. Another option would be for me to teach someone from your group how to do this and then they could run it for the rest of you!

What if we don’t know what we want to play?

Just tell me what kind of story or adventure you want to experience and I can suggest an appropriate game. If you’re not sure, I can ask questions to narrow it down.

What do we get for our money?

A typical game session runs from 3 to 5 hours. I will teach you the basics of the game if you don’t know them, help create your characters and run the story. This works out to be less per hour than a movie ticket.
